Independent, Temperature-Controlled Groups
All lever machine groups used by ACS are composed of an internally developed and patented technology that reduces electricity costs for a bar by 70% compared to a traditional lever machine. Each group is independent and ready to extract coffee in 10/15 minutes, allowing for temperature control of each individual group from the display. The independence of the groups allows for excluding one or two groups based on work needs, resulting in significant energy savings, or working with different temperatures on various groups.
Energy ECO
Our coffee machines are equipped with software systems for energy saving. We have various ECO modes available on the Vesuvius version, configurable on both boilers or only on the service boiler. Almost all our coffee machines have a dual boiler system, and all can be individually excluded, providing energy savings when there is lower usage.
SSL IL Safety System Lever
A new patented safety system for our lever machines that prevents the sudden return of the lever according to the latest international safety standards. If, for any reason, the infusion chamber were to lose the counterpressure of the portafilter due to an accidental release or if the lever were to slip from the operator's hand during group washing operations, its return will always be gradual to avoid dangers for the operator and potential damage to the machine.
Variable Profiles
In 2013, ACS designed and patented the Vesuvius, the world's first coffee machine with variable profiles, also featured in the German newspaper "Frankfurter Allgemeine". You have the ability to control the infusion pressure by creating a curve formed by 7 control points.
DOSED COFFEE SYSTEM ACS
The new dosing system aims to provide the operator with maximum comfort and speed during coffee dispensing. This innovative system allows for almost complete automation of the infusion phase. Once the lever is lowered, preinfusion begins after a variable time decided by the operator; the lever is then released, moving to the actual infusion phase. Here, the system comes into operation, preventing the barista from using the classic spoon to prevent exhausted coffee from reaching the cup. Our unique system in the world can operate either on a time or more precisely on pressure, determining the exact amount of coffee to be dispensed, leaving the operator free to perform other tasks as with traditional automatic machines.
PID 2.0 Energy Saving ACS
With this new state-of-the-art electronics, we want to take you to another dimension of the coffee world. This new PID has an intelligent heating management system, the ability to reduce power consumption by up to 50% of the machine's power, the ability to prioritize a specific boiler, simultaneous or sequential heating, firmware updates via WIFI connection. This electronics is capable of automatically regulating the amount of power needed to maintain the set temperatures without the continuous on and off of the resistors, also reducing scale formation on them.
