The new jewel from ACS is called Falcon-I, a double boiler coffee machine with exclusion of the steam boiler if not necessary, second generation PID with many functions including , double daily timer for simultaneous or sequential heating, possibility of reducing power consumption by up to 50% of the machine's power, ability to give priority to a specific boiler, adjustable and excludable Bloom Phase, firmware updates via WiFi connection.
This type of machine, compared to others with traditional PID, is able to automatically regulate the amount of power necessary to maintain the set temperatures without the continuous switching on and off of the resistors, also reducing the formation of limescale on them. The machine is equipped with an internal 3L tank or can be connected to the water supply, compact design and silent operation thanks to the rotary pump
